Privacy notice
This notice covers the TixSystem US website. It does not cover ticket purchases made on a venue's own website, which are governed by that venue's privacy policy.
- What we collect. The details you enter in the demo request form: name, work email, organization, website, venue type, ticket volume and your message.
- Why. To respond to your request and to follow up about TixSystem.
- Who sees it. TixSystem LLC, Royal Tickets SRL, which develops and operates the platform, and the service providers that host this website and deliver our email.
- How long. For as long as we are in conversation with you, and then no longer than needed for our records.
- Your choices. Email luca@tixsystem.com to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop hearing from us.
The interactive demo on this site runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored.
Website terms
The information on this website describes the TixSystem platform in general terms. Features, availability and commercial terms for a specific venue are set out in a written quote and agreement. Sample screens and the interactive demo use made-up venues, prices and data for illustration.
TixSystem is a product of Royal Tickets SRL. Names of venues that use the platform belong to their owners.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we test pages with a keyboard and a screen reader as we publish them.
